Terms of Service

1. Who can use LiftPeer

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• One account per person per role. Keep your Google account and email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. The marketplace

• Trainers are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Techviron. They set their own plans, prices and advice.
• LiftPeer provides the tools (profiles, chat, calls, plans, progress tracking, payments) and does not supervise or guarantee any training, diet or supplement advice. Consult a doctor before starting any programme.
• Content you post must be yours to share and must not be unlawful, misleading, harassing or sexually explicit. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Payments, fees and refunds

• Clients pay the plan price shown at checkout, in Indian Rupees, through Razorpay. Prices include all platform fees; there are no hidden charges.
• Subscriptions run for the period shown on the plan and do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew.
• Refunds: unused days of an active subscription are refunded pro-rata on request (for example if your Trainer stops responding or ends the engagement early). Boost purchases are non-refundable once active. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.
• Trainers receive payouts to the bank account verified through Razorpay after the Client’s payment settles, and are charged a monthly app-usage fee based on their active-client tier as shown in the app.

4. Trainer verification

Trainers must complete identity and bank verification (KYC) through Razorpay before receiving payouts. Providing false documents or credentials results in permanent removal.

5. Conduct and safety

• Harassment, fraud, impersonation, spam, or attempting to take payments outside the platform leads to suspension.
• Use the in-app Report & block tools; we review every report.

6. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant Techviron a limited licence to host, display and transmit it solely to operate LiftPeer. Trainers’ plan templates remain theirs; Clients may use assigned plans for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, from Settings on the website, or at https://liftpeer.techviron.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Section 3 (fees), 8 (liability) and 9 (law) survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and liability

LiftPeer is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Techviron is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from training advice, Trainer conduct, or service interruptions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
