Delete your LiftPeer account
LiftPeer (by Techviron) lets you delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Three ways to delete
- In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.
- On this website: sign in with the same Google account or email you use in the app and use the button above (also available under Settings → Delete account).
- By email: write to support@techviron.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my LiftPeer account” and whether you are a Client or a Trainer. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, avatar and (for Trainers) certificates, transformations, plans and templates.
- Fitness data: body stats, goals, progress photos, workout/diet and check-in logs.
- All chats, attachments, voice notes and call history with your Trainer or Clients — they lose access to those conversations too.
- Subscriptions, ratings, feedback, notification tokens.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment and payout records (order/payment IDs, amounts, dates): 8 years, as required by Indian tax and payment regulations. They never include card or bank credentials.
- Encrypted server backups: purged automatically within 30 days.
- Reports you filed about other users remain in our moderation records, with your identity removed.
Active subscriptions end at deletion and the remaining period is not refunded unless the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
